About 11:30 this morning, my bestest bud's father died. He'd been in the hospital since April 5, so things were serious but as recently as Friday, the doctors were talking about him possibly being released on Saturday. His health went downhill all weekend, however, and yesterday morning he died.

She's doing as okay as can be expected. Very sad.
