This was awful. It happened quite near my office - about a mile if you're driving but less than that 'as the crow flies'. When I'm typing, I'm not facing my windows, so I didn't see anything until one of my co-workers pointed out all the smoke. At that point, no one realized it was a plane crash. We speculated that there was a fire on or in the Citizens Trust Bank building. The plane crashed a couple of blocks beyond that; it was the angle and being up on the tenth floor which made it look like the smoke was coming from the bank building. Terrible.
