The Hellhole

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale had their second son, and chose to name him Zuma Nesta Rock. It's not the...ahem, unusual name itself that bugs me - my name is Helly, after all. It's the fact that it sounds like one of those prescription drugs for which the potential side effects are a thousand times worse than whatever the drug is supposed to be treating.

ZUMANESTA is not for everyone. It is not for those with liver problems. It is not for women who are nursing, pregnant or may become pregnant. If you take ZUMANESTA, be sure you have at least eight hours to devote to sleep before becoming active. Until you know how you'll react to ZUMANESTA, you should not drive or operate machinery. Do not take ZUMANESTA with alcohol. Call your doctor right away if after taking ZUMANESTA you walk, drive, eat or engage in other activities while asleep. In rare cases, severe allergic reactions can occur. If you take ZUMANESTA, tell your doctor if you feel any new muscle pain or weakness. This could be a sign of rare but serious side effects. Side effects may include unpleasant taste, headache, drowsiness and dizziness, liver failure and glaucoma. The most common side effects are gas, constipation, nosebleeds, fainting, irregular heartbeat, blurred vision and sudden hearing loss.

ZUMANESTA is a registered trademark of GlaxoSmithKline.

  • That's such an odd name. I don't understand why celebrities feel the need to name their kids such bizarre combinations.

  • So then you don't think I should put this one on MY name list? Is that what I should be getting out of this?

  • At first I was going to suggest William or Jillian - you know, Bill & Jill Still - but upon further reflection I cannot in good conscience recommend any name other than "Moonshine".

  • Ray says that I'm not allowed to take any of your baby-naming advice. (I wonder if that means that he LIKES ZumaNesta?)

  • I can't believe you're refusing to listen to a woman who plans to name her (future non-existent) children Archer and Fletcher Bowman.

Or Alanna, Alyssa, Alexa and Aloysius if it's quadruplets...
