It is truly a Ferrari laptop. It is very fast! I was all, "If you buy the car they give you the computer free!" but the husband was being all PRACTICAL and FRUGAL and stuff...he stands in the way of many of my brilliant schemes.
Ah, well, soon you will be in sunny FL and I will be jealous of your weather...how long are you visiting for Thanksgiving break?
For Flippy, some specs: 15.4-inch screen; 2.2 GHz AMD Turion 64 ML-40 processor with 1 MB L2 cache, 120 GB hard drive, 1 GB of RAM (expandable to 2 GB), dual-layer/multi-format DVD burner; built-in 54g wireless; Bluetooth wireless, four USB, one Fire wire, 5-in-1 memory card reader, DVI-D/VGA, S-Video out, 128 MB Graphics RAM.
(I copied that from the packing slip. I don't know what half of it means but it sounds impressive and earned the Alan Seal of Approval.)
Haha! Sounds very high tech. When I'm comparing products to buy, my first instinct is that the higher numbers must mean it's better, lol.
I'll be in Miami until Sunday. Yay! I'll see what I can do about getting Hershey La Diva to cooperate for a photo shoot. She told me to speak to her press agent because this is her "busy time." Ahh I miss my dog, but I'm not sure if the balance of power in our relationship is quite healthy ;)
I can see it now-the McLaren Computer Error message..."Well, we WOULD have run this program faster than a Ferrari computer, had the OS not crashed"...and let's not forget their stunning array of original software: mctunes, for music, mcphoto, for photos, mcdvd, for DVD's. Nope, no stolen technology on THIS baby...

Ferrari makes laptops? Are you serious?
I am jealous like woah about your weather. I need a small heater to carry around with me at all times.

Yay, Hershey pix! She's such a cutie. Sprocket is in need of a bath and cut right now, so he's keeping a low profile.

Now, now - the McLaren computer is MUCH faster than the Ferrari, you just have to reboot it 12 times to use it once.
