On Saturday we went to Publix for our weekly grocery run and while there, we saw this fat dude lumber up to the seafood counter in a tee shirt, shorts and bare feet.
I'm not sure which is worse: being so lazy you can't be bothered to shove your feet into a pair of flip-flops (at least), or being so redneck you don't see the need to wear shoes to the grocery store.
What do you think?

That's pretty gross. Hopefully he stepped in something really nasty.

When I was a kid, there were signs in stores--maybe it was only restaurants now that I think about it...that said, "No shoes. No shirt. No service." I don't see those around anymore...or maybe I just don't notice them. Do these signs exist?

Well, Basil, I know for sure there's one at the Kroger in my hometown of Cowshit, because we saw it and were joking about it: how redneck is your town that you need one of those in the GROCERY STORE. Little did we know.

Remember Fast Times At Ridgemont High - No shirt, no shoes, NO DICE. I don't know which is worse - I'll go for C.
