This isn't going to be a typical blog post in which I laugh at the absurdities that constitute my life. This is about the shittiest thing since shit came to Shit Town, except that "shitty" isn't a shitty enough word to describe how shitty I feel right now. Anyway, this is what's happened:

Mr. Michael Lee Wagy, age 60, of Covington, died June 7, 2007. Mr. Wagy was a decorated U.S. Army veteran of the VietNam War, having served with the Special Forces as a Green Beret. He was predeceased by his parents, Melford K. and Harriet E. Ross Wagy. Mr. Wagy is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mrs. Mikey Wagy of Covington; daughter and son-in-law, Helly and Alan Bowman of Conyers; son and daughter-in-law, Braxton Ballew and Sarah Black of Greenville, SC; brother, Guy Wagy; sister, Brenda Purvis of Covington; sister-in-law and husband, Betty and Artis Standard of Covington. Memorial services for Mr. Wagy will be held today, Saturday, June 9, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Harwell-Wheeler Funeral Home with Al Smith officiating.
