I guess by writing about him, I inadvertently summoned Lurch!  He was just here trying to change a light bulb! We STILL don't know his name because he got up on the ladder and twisted around so we couldn't see his shirt patch.  He has to come back, though.  He only removed the flickering light bulb this visit.  I suspect they have to submit a bad bulb to The Landlord for evaluation in order to be issued a new one.
