Nancy wants to know what we wish for...I'm not sure I have 10, but here goes.
I wish just once I could get home from the store without discovering that there's something I'm low on/out of and need to go back to obtain.
I wish for one entire week during which I could breathe like a normal person (no sniffles, no sneezing fits, no plugged nostrils, no asthma, no pills).
I wish my behind wasn't the size of a small island nation.
I wish all the clutter in my house would miraculously morph into an orderly, organized platoon of stuff.
I wish certain people who richly deserve it had more happiness.
I wish I could do something and have it remain done for long enough to enjoy it (shampoo the carpet and get the machine stored away before the dog re-anoints it, sweep the floor and walk across it before there are more crumbs and crud, finish a contract and mail it before The Boss decides it ought to be done totally differently from start to finish...)
That's six but I need to go run some errands so I'll try to think of more later. Hmmm, I wish I had enough money to hire someone to run errands for me, so I'd never have to waste 3/4 of my free time running errands, driving all over hell and creation, waiting forever in line while some dorkette argues with the cashier that the Kool-Aid mix is 5 for $1, not 4 for $1 and well the sign was MISLEADING and she deserves the lower price to the point that I want to fling money at her and scream, "Here's a quarter! Here's another one! Take a whole dollar! Can we move on now? Just pay the lady and move out of my way because obviously unlike you, I do not want to spend the rest of my life at the Conyers Publix!!!! AAAAAAAAAGH!"
Hmm...maybe I should wish for the ability to stay on-topic.

As for your wish #2, have you tried Nasonex? It's a corticosteroid that you squirt in your nostrils. No real side effects except occasional dry nose. I have been taking it for 8 years now - I couldn't breathe normal if I didn't!
